Refund Policy

30-day guarantee: full refund, no questions asked.
Time limit
You can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to return anything.
How to request it
Email podrska@glamurozno.com from the email address you used at checkout (or include it in your message) so we can find your order. One sentence is enough, for example "Please refund my purchase".
How and when the money arrives
We issue the refund through Polar, which processed the payment, and the money is returned to the same card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your account. We confirm by email once the refund has been issued.
What happens to the files
After a refund, access to the files ends: the download link stops working and the license to use the content is terminated.
