Privacy Policy

Effective 15 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit glamurozno.com or buy the guide, why, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. It complies with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS No. 87/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is a translation of the Serbian version.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Name and email address you enter on the Polar checkout page.
• Purchase data: product, amount, date, country, order number and payment or refund status, as shown to us by Polar.
• Support correspondence: anything you send us by email.
• Technical visit data: IP address, browser and device type, page visited and time of visit, logged by our hosting provider to run and protect the site. If you arrive from an ad, the tags in the link (such as utm_source or fbclid) are passed to Polar with your purchase so we know which ad led to the sale.
• Meta Pixel data, only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner (see section 8).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Delivering the guide and completing the purchase (name, email, purchase data). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Support and refunds (email, purchase data, correspondence). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 12(1)(3), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Running and protecting the site, and knowing which ad led to a purchase (technical data, link tags). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 12(1)(6), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Ad measurement with Meta Pixel. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 12(1)(1), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on you.

4. Retention

• Purchase data: for as long as statutory accounting and tax retention periods require, then deleted.
• Support correspondence: up to two years after the last message.
• Technical visit logs: briefly, as long as the hosting provider keeps them, usually days to a few weeks.
• Meta Pixel data: according to Meta's rules; the _fbp cookie lasts up to 90 days.

5. Recipients

• Polar (polar.sh): merchant of record for the purchase. Processes the payment, sends the download link and issues refunds.
• Stripe: processes card payments for Polar.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and forwarding of emails sent to podrska@glamurozno.com.
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox where support emails are received.
• Meta Platforms: only if you accept cookies, through Meta Pixel.
• Public authorities, only when required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside Serbia and the European Union, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses these providers use.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted, except data we must keep by law;
• restrict processing and receive your data for transfer to another controller;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any of these rights, send one email to podrska@glamurozno.com from the address you used at checkout. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or, if you live in the EU, with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Security

The site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the owner has access to customer data, through password-protected accounts.

8. Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Your choice on the cookie banner is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask on every page.

Meta Pixel is loaded only if you click "Accept". Meta then sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you came from an ad) and records page views, viewing the offer, clicks on the buy button and completed purchases, so we can measure our ads. If you click "Decline" or make no choice, the Pixel is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Polar uses its own cookies on its checkout page, under its own privacy policy.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
